LDS Prom

I have to apologize for not keeping up on our blogs. We just got a new camera, so as soon as we set up the program to download the pictures onto the computer, we will have some more! For now, I am going to write about Mormon Prom.

I think that my stake may be one of the only ones that does it, but about 5 or so stakes gets together and throws a "clean" prom for all the youth in our area. It was actually a lot of fun! I went with my boyfriend Kendon and two of our friends and their dates. We all had dinner in small groups, met up at prom, then met at Kendon's house afterwards for guitar hero and snacks. My Parents

Mom and Dad are always running kids from volleyball practice to piano lessons, but still find time for the things they enjoy most.
Mom teaches preschool everyday at our home. You can really tell she loves children! I don't know if I would be able to raise seven children then help others to teach theirs. Going on "dates" with some of her best girl friends and reading books, watching movies, and playing games with her family (especially the Wii).
Dad still works for Phoenix Police Department and loves his job monitoring concerts, baseball games, basketball games, and more. He loves working in the yard and watching movies with his kids. He recently bought a "date car" (a 79 corvette) that seems to be his favorite. I wonder why?
